A recent international conference on drugs focused, for the first time in forty years, on the ways that the financial health, political stability, and national security of virtually every country in the Americas has been undermined by the drug trade.

For the first time, the leaders at the summit openly debated (although behind closed doors) whether the best way to control the whole mess was to end to the US war on drugs, and at least partially legalize, and thus regulate, the drug trade.

The chronic drought that hit western North America from 2000 to 2004 left dying forests and depleted river basins in its wake and was the strongest in 800 years and it’s still going on. Scientists have concluded that those conditions will become the "new normal" for most of the coming century. As bad as conditions were during the earlier drought, they may eventually be seen as "the good old days."

There are numerous UFO reports coming in from South Texas and Southern California at present. This video of pulsating lights over Beverly Hills is an example. The lights are not normal aircraft and do not appear to be floating like balloons. This could well be a video of unknown objects.
