The individual posting this video speculates that it could be a strangely shaped balloon, but the classic hat shape with the tight brim around the bottom edge would make it a strange balloon indeed. Interesting that the comments (in Dutch) are so civilized compared to the ones that appear on American UFO videos.

A new study reveals that sending a text message leads people to lie more often than in other forms of communication.
The study involved 170 students performing mock stock transactions in one of four ways: face-to-face, or by video, audio or text chatting. Researchers promised cash awards of up to $50 to increase participants’ involvement in the role play. "Brokers" were promised increased cash rewards for more stock sales, while "buyers" were told their cash reward would depend on the yet-to-be-determined value of the stock.

In a small state in India, women rule, with property, wealth and last names passing from mother to daughter, instead of from father to son. In reaction to this, instead of a feminist movement, there is a men’s movement.
In BBC News, Timothy Allen quotes one of the movement’s advocates as saying that they "do not want to bring women down. We just want to bring the men up to where the women are" (This sounds familiar to Western women!)
