More secret memos about what the US and government knew about UFOs are being released. A letter written by President John F. Kennedy to the head of the CIA in 1963, 10 days before Kennedy’s assassination, demands to be shown highly confidential documents about UFOs.
A second letter written to the CIA by Kennedy expresses a desire for mutual cooperation with the Soviet Union on space exploration. The Daily Mail quotes William Lester, who uncovered the letters while researching a book about JFK, as saying, "One of his concerns was that a lot of these UFOs were being seen over the Soviet Union and he was very concerned that the Soviets might misinterpret these UFOs as U.S. aggression, believing that it was some of our technology.
"I think this is one of the reasons why he wanted to get his hands on this information and get it away from the jurisdiction of NASA so he could say to the Soviets, ‘Look, that’s not us, we’re not doing it, we’re not being provocative.’"
One of the biggest secrets is What is to Come, the title of Whitley’s nonfiction sequel to Communion which will be published in early 2012 and that is also the theme of our Dreamland Festival in June!
