Believe it or not, researchers are using a computerized search to look at hundreds of thousands of NASA satellite images of the moon, looking for telltale signs that aliens have visited there. And if they’ve visited our moon, have they visited US?
In the Guardian, Ian Sample quotes a paper by researchers Paul Davies and Robert Wagner as saying, "Although there is only a tiny probability that alien technology would have left traces on the moon in the form of an artifact or surface modification of lunar features, this location has the virtue of being close, and of preserving traces for an immense duration (the footprints of our own astronauts from the 1969 Apollo 11 mission are still there). If it costs little to scan data for signs of intelligent manipulation, little is lost in doing so, even though the probability of detecting alien technology at work may be exceedingly low."
They believe that the easiest artifacts to find would be a messages left behind intentionally. There’s speculation that ETs might once have set up a lunar base in the network of lava tubes underground, and say that "the same factors that make lava tubes attractive as a habitat imply that any artifacts left behind would endure almost indefinitely, undamaged and unburied."
It’s been 40 years since NASA went to the moon, and now the Chinese are doing it. Are they hoping to scoop up some Helium III to fuel their fusion reactors, or do they have ANOTHER REASON?
What WE want to know is, have any Visitors come our way? We’re not sure that the Visitors are from another planet, but we know they’re HERE because Anne Strieber has interviewed a large group of "contactees" (in a totally unique repository of information) about their experiences told IN THEIR OWN WORDS. If you subscribe today, you can listen to all of these fascinating conversations!
