Former CIA agent Chase Brandon claims that he was made aware during his career that the Roswell Incident really happened. Just days later, the CIA took the unusual step of issuing a denial.
In the Huffington Post, Lee Speigel quotes Chase Brandon as saying, "It was not a damn weather balloon–it was what it was billed when people first reported it. It was a craft that clearly did not come from this planet, it crashed and I don’t doubt for a second that the use of the word ‘remains’ and ‘cadavers’ was exactly what people were talking about."
While working for the CIA, he says walked into a special section of the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia and found a box labeled "Roswell." Speigel quotes him as saying, "It was a vaulted area and not everybody could get in it. I took the box down, lifted the lid up, rummaged around inside it, put the box back on the shelf and said, ‘My god, it really happened!’
(The box contained) "some written material and some photographs, and that’s all I will ever say to anybody about the contents of that box."
Whitley Strieber says, "I had an extensive conversation with General Arthur Exon who was present at Wright Field when the debris from Roswell was delivered. He told me and I quote, ‘Everybody from Truman on down knew that what we had found was not of this world within twenty-four hours of our finding it.’ He spent many years as commandant of Wright Patterson and was a family friend. To me, his statement is bottom line truth."
UFO researcher Stanton Friedman is an expert on Roswell. (NOTE: Subscribers can still listen to all of these shows). Speigel quotes him as saying, "What we really need now is the Woodward-Bernstein of the UFO world to bring out the disclosure. Maybe Chase Brandon is a foresight of something going on."
