Is Bigfoot in England, Too?

While Sasquatch sightings are traditionally reported in North America, it turns out that the elusive humanoid crops up in England, too. Earlier this month, Caroline Toms was walking her dog through Angmering Park Estate in Sussex, England, when the border collie started barking and took off into the woods. It was then that Toms saw what she describes as a Bigfoot-like creature.

"I only had my camera out because I was taking pictures of Ash playing. She came running back quick-as-a-flash though. I don’t know what it was, but when I had a closer look at the pictures, it certainly does look like Bigfoot to me."

"I think it could be Bigfoot, but it happened so fast I cannot be absolutely certain," continues Toms. "It was just luck I had the camera out. It was so big and massive, I don’t know if it could be anything else."

Another sighting was made last December by British Bigfoot Research co-founder Adam Bird, where he was also able to take what he says is a photograph of Sasquatch. The photograph was taken as part of an investigation into a tip he was given about a Bigfoot sighting in a nature preserve in Friskney, Lincolnshire.

"I took various photographs throughout the investigation and when I checked back through them I spotted the creepy picture," explains Bird.

"My main reason for thinking there is something in the UK is the sheer number of sightings. People have been reporting hairy, upright figures since around the 1870s."
