Why must we take it on the chin with gigantic budget cuts when most corps don’t pay taxes?

This story floored me. After bailing out Wall Street with our tax dollars, (Mine were hard earned. I’ll be yours were, too.) we’ve got to see all kinds of important programs cut to the bone, our kids’ educations numero uno on the chopping block. And NOW it turns out that a big part of the reason is that the very companies we paid through the nose to save PAY LITTLE OR NO TAX. No matter what you are, liberal, conservative, it doesn’t much matter, I think this should make our blood boil, all of us. http://money.cnn.com/2008/08/12/news/economy/corporate_taxes/ The big companies are WAY out of control, and the politcians who answer to them first–which is far, far too many–are traitors to the American people.
