Georgia lawmaker proposes that miscarriages be treated as murder.

My wife miscarried once. I guess under this law, she would have been charged with murder in Georgia. Even by introducing this contemptible bill, its author, State Representative Bobby Franklin, is displaying cruel insensitivity to the feelings of women who have lost babies in this way.
