So near and yet so far. Four more seconds and this interesting video would have been great.

A maddening video. Certainly an authentic image of a light in the sky. No sign of any strobing or aircraft-like movement. But just as the witness gets under the object, he loses visual contact. Maddening but good video. Graded B.
