Orb circles Louisiana campus

Five witnesses at Louisiana university observed a glowing object circle their campus at low altitude several times on April 12, 2013.

This description of an orb circling a campus in Louisiana, corroborated by a number of witnesses, is unlikely to have been a sky lantern. It would appear to be a genuine unknown.
