The Gallup Poll has recently updated its audit of American?s beliefs in a variety of occult phenomena. The results suggest a significant increase in belief in a number of these experiences over the last decade, particulary in haunted houses and ghosts. Only devil possession has shown a drop in belief since 1990. Half or more of Americans believe in psychic or spiritual healing and ESP and a third or more believe in extraterrestrial visitations.
Here are some of the results of that poll. The replies are listed in percentages according to ?Believe/ Not Sure/ Don?t Believe.?

While the Gallup poll questioned people about their ?beliefs,? at Dreamland, we see the questions more in terms of evidence. Every week on our radio show, and daily in our news stories, we present credible evidence that such things as UFOs, near-death experiences and remote viewing exist. Respected medical doctors have written books about psychic healing. There is no need to ?believe? in witches, since we know they exist (and we will be interviewing a Wiccan who is also a cop on Dreamland this Saturday). Our recent interview with Hans Holzer convinced us that ghosts exist, and we will be talking to a woman who investigated the ghosts in her own haunted house in July. We?ve heard from hundreds of thousands of people who have personally had UFO experiences. We have no need to cling to beliefs, when evidence is all around us.
