A study examined over 500 commercials that aired during 17 Super Bowls from 1989-2005, and found that investors favored stocks of firms that aired likeable Super Bowl commercials. More people purchased these stocks on the days following the Super Bowl.

A UFO with glowing lights has reportedly spent thirty hourson the ground in an isolated area of Mexico about a hundredmiles east of Acapulco. The objectlanded in the early morning hours of December, 2007 nearMezcala, Mexico andemitted flashes of light. It was observed by the entirecommunity, including local citizens and personnel at a localgoldmine. Witnesses described a saucer-shaped craft that passedover the town square slowly and silently, then landed on ahill locally known as Pie de Minas, Mine Hill. It remainedon the hill, emitting bursts of flashes, for over 30 hours.There were physical injuries and electrical disturbances reported, as well.

Last week, two fiberoptic cables carrying internet trafficwere cut in a supposed accident involving a ship near Egypt.Now a third cable has been cut off the coast of Dubai. Thethird cable segment lies between the United Arab Emiratesand Oman, about 40 miles from Dubai. All three cuts arebeing blamed on ships dragging anchors due to heavy weatherin the Middle East, but the cutting of so many cable oversuch a short time has inevitably led to rumors that it wasdone intentionally, either by elements seeking to isolateone country or another from the internet, or by terroristactivity.
