Japan is ready to launch a pre-emptive strike on North Korea if it believes it will launch missiles against it. Defense Minister Shigeru Ishiba says, “It is too late if [a missile] flies towards Japan. Our nation will use military force as a self-defense measure if [North Korea] starts to resort to arms against Japan.” Since Japan?s postwar constitution forbids military aggression, they would only attack North Korea in self-defense, using the same logic that underlies our possible attack on Iraq.

Scientists have discovered that abductees have post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSS), which indicates that something real happened to them. However, they’ve also discovered that people can be made to believe that something really happened when it didn’t and can have real trauma from this false experience. Abductees display some of the same stress symptoms as soldiers who’ve been in battle, yet scientists skip over the conclusion that perhaps they’ve had real experiences and go straight to the claim that this proves that false experiences can produce real stress.

A 500-foot-wide mountain of gold, silver and other valuable metals has been found buried two and a half miles beneath the ocean floor, in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. These aren’t manmade treasures?they’re natural accumulations of riches from volcanic vents. Dr. Peter Rona, who made the discovery, says, “At least 50,000 years in the making, the mound is composed largely of combinations of the metals copper, iron, zinc, gold and silver. It was produced by jets of hot, metal-rich sea water.”
