The photo in the linked story was tweeted by former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, and shows a very bright object hovering over a tree. As it is casting light on the tree, it is not likely to be an image of the full moon, and is therefore either a computer graphic or a photo of an actual unknown object.

Of course it’s always possible that this is a genuine unknown, but the fact that it is slow moving and has a slightly bowed shape does suggest that, unlike the Peru video just posted, it is probably a cylindrical balloon.
