Despite the realistic background noises and the seeming difficulty the videographer has, this could easily be a CGI effect. It could be created in 10 minutes using any number of programs. The Temple Mount is under constant observation by many eyes, so perhaps more witnesses and videos will show up to support this one, if it is real.

This is quite a clear video of the lights of a dark triangle that are very commonly seen, usually at low altitudes, in the US. These are not FAA-approved strobes, which would–or should–be present on any aircraft flying outside of military restricted airspace in the United States. As the creator of this video has been identified, there is no evidence of hoax, and the lights are not FAA approved, this video is graded B.

This isn’t an effect. It’s unlikely to be a kite. It could be a balloon, but it seems unaffected by the wind. Probable unknown triangular craft. Graded B.
