This video was shot by a resident of Williamsburgh, Brooklyn, and is typical of ‘blue light’ objects seen at night all over the world for years. There is no reason to doubt its authenticity. It is not an FAA approved aircraft strobe, but it could be a non-standard strobe on an aircraft, of course. Graded B.

There was such a concerted effort to debunk the video that appeared over the Dome of the Rock that your Out There editor began to think that it was real. Understand, that doesn’t mean I think it’s an alien spacecraft. What I mean is that I think it’s a genuine unknown object. Video graded B.
