This footage shows a distinct disk in just two or three frames. The witness was walking his dogs and noticed something flitting in the sky. He took the video without being able to see the object. Grade C.

The photograph supplied could be any number of things. The object does not appear to be hovering, but connected to something at the bottom left of the photo. But the witness testimony is compelling. Graded C.

There is no evidence here of video tampering, and the object is not identified, but also due to the darkness and the lack of video resolution, could be something ordinary. Graded  B.
