This doesn’t appear to be a bird, plane or balloon. It’s far too thin to be a balloon and in any case is not flying. It shows no reaction to the air mass at all. It is held aloft by something that does not rely on air like a wing or gas bag. Toward the end of the video, the object slowly turns end on, until it is just a dot. Could it be a CGI effect? Yes, but your Out There editor is giving it the benefit of the doubt. Probable genuine unknown.

Airmen and Air Traffic Controllers at an RAF base in the UK saw a glowing ‘blob’ break up into dozens of small pieces and fly away at incredible speeds. And, basically, nobody had any idea what had happened or what to do about it. They just knew that it had indeed happened. So, what’s a Ministry of Defence to do? Just exactly what they have done: claim that UFOs aren’t a threat and therefore they’re not going to be doing anything about them. The truth? They may or may not be a threat, but one thing is clear: governments can’t do a thing about them. And that’s really why they keep claiming that there’s nothing to this REALITY.

This is a genuine oddity, a 4,000 year old Egyptian Statue moving on its own. It has been standing quite still in a museum in Birmingham, England for 80 years, but has now become active, moving in a slow circle daily.
