I have been boggled by the number of high strangeness events being reported on my website recently. There are mysterious bird deaths and strange meteors all over the world, and a sudden odor of gas in the New York/New Jersey area that frightened millions of people. And these are just a few of the high-strangeness events that are being reported. We are still getting a steady flow of emails about people seeing openings in the air with other worlds visible in them, or strange geometric shapes floating through their yards, etc. Plus, there are UFO stories coming in from all over the place, more, at least being reported to our website, than we have ever seen before.

Note: I have changed the title of this journal entry from “The Triumph of Mankind” because a number of readers do not appear to understand that the title contains a degree of irony. I will also quote a paragraph from deeper in the journal, which many readers apparently do not see: “This doesn’t mean that our problems aren’t real. They most certainly are, and any number of them are likely to give us trouble in the future. I think that the environmental problem is especially dangerous and immediate.”

Now, I’ll repeat the journal as it was written:

It’s worth remembering, especially as a new year begins, that our world is not all doom and gloom. Far from it, the human experience, for the most part, has never been better.

Brazilian UFO researcher Jan Val Ellam is suggesting that contact could take place between November 16, 2006 and April 30, 2007. He is well known in the field in Brazil, which is also has extensive UFO and contact activity, and a very capable local UFO community. He has said that it will initially consist of large scale and undeniable UFO sightings in many world cities, and limited contact with individuals.

Frankly, I’d be floored if this actually happened, but I do think that conditions under which contact might be an option are, in fact, present, and that hasn’t been true until recently. As I see it, these conditions are as follows:

The new book by Bob Woodward, State of Denial, contains the devastating information that Condolezza Rice, while National Security Advisor, was told by CIA Director George Tenet and Defense Department counterterrorism chief J. Cofer Black that an al Qaeda attack on the United States was imminent–a month before it happened.

None of the three parties testified to this effect before the 911 Commission, and Rice specifically stated that there was no warning.

Add to this the fact that the administration classified 11 warnings transmitted to the National Security Council by the FAA prior to 911 that US aircraft were liable to be attacked, AND that Dr. Rice never mentioned these warnings during her testimony either, and a very dark picture emerges.
