In this episode, guest host Kelly Chase sits down with researcher Daniel Elizondo. Daniel is the co-author of Loose Threads, which is one of the most remarkable and revelatory pieces of work that has been done in terms of understanding the history of ufology and how it relates to the current disclosure movement. [Link to free PDF download is below.]

Loose Threads traces the history of The Advanced Theoretical Physics working group which  was a collaboration of contractors, scientists, and intelligence community officials devoted to uncovering the truth about the government’s involvement with UFOs, exotic technologies, and related phenomena. The group, formed and directed by Col. John B. Alexander in the mid 80’s is an incredible lens through which we can begin to understand the major players that have created the current ufological world as we know it—and whose influence continues to be felt.

Daniel will also be featured in the upcoming docuseries from Ontocalypse Productions, along with Whitley Strieber, Jeffrey Kripal, Diana Walsh Pasulka, Michael Masters, Kelly Chase, Jay Christopher King, and many others. The docuseries will be released under the name Cosmosis: UFOs & A New Reality, and will be available on Apple TV and Amazon Prime right around the new year.

  1. Yup! Listen very close to ‘Mind Games’ by John Lennon – then listen again!!!

    1. When John Lennon Spotted a UFO in New York

“As I walked out onto the terrace,” she said, “my eye caught this large, circular object coming towards us. It was shaped like a flattened cone, and on top was a large, …BRILLIANT RED LIGHT, … not pulsating as on any of the aircraft we’d see heading for a landing at Newark Airport.”

  2. I must also comment on the disparaging remarks about Ram Dass: what the heck was that about??? He was a Jewish PhD in Psychology, yes he did psychedelics for a spell. He was honest and claimed openly that he was not a guru. He provided many ‘paranormal’ stories about Neem Karoli Baba (true or false? – worth considering as human potential). He was an inspiration to many people to follow a spiritual path of meditation. In my humble opinion Daniel should read some Ram Dass – as Ram Dass was not egotistical and Daniel might learn a few things. The media covers up the spiritual aspect of that time period, just like they cover up the early UFO research – to deny human potential in favor of suffering materialism.

    1. Hi Sunbow. I listened again to the section in which he mentions Ram Dass. I hear it not as disparaging to Dass, but rather a commentary on those who would weaponize our spiritual potential. That is, if you were trained, and began to realize the love Dass realized, you would never allow your gift to be weaponized. Peace

      1. OK, I agree that spiritual pathways should not be ‘weaponized’ as all religions tend to do. Definitely when the Romans hacked together the New testament, they weaponized it and created one of the most powerful and bloody dictatorships.

Ram Dass did the opposite – he told people “I am not a Guru’ – he did not capitalize. When I hear ‘You would not want to be a Ram Dass’, I don’t hear what you hear. I hear Ram Dass pointed out as an example of a negative path, while I see Ram Dass as miles above most people – especially intellectuals.

Too many intellectuals are seeking to capitalize on the UAP NHI subject since 2017, while the experiencers are pushed into the background. One can have direct experience which is personal proof, but does not satisfy those hoping for government to show us physical evidence. The government is miles behind the experiencers in knowing what is really happening.

  3. This comment is unrelated to this week’s show, but I think it should be of interest to Whitley and a lot of his readers: On this week’s episode of Reality Check, Ross Coulthart states very confidently that the U.S. air force has used children for consciousness research. Not many details beyond that, but one can surely expect to learn more in the upcoming shows.
It’s at about 40 minutes in this video : https://youtu.be/sucrnlxq8CA?si=u0zPm2uqsHBa1oXC

    1. Great show – a must watch. Numerous other key points are discussed.

  4. Driving on slow crowded streets, listening to talk radio. The business guest on program says the phrase “In The ZONE”.
I look over at a work van pulling up beside me….
IN THE ZONE HVAC Service and Installation.

I had to shake my head clear to make sure that was really stenciled on the side of the van.

  5. I want to know why Lt. Col. John Alexander denies that he was in charge of an Army remote viewing unit in the 70’s. Everyone is now talking about remote viewing but he still denies that he was there, I looked, there are not 2 different Lt. Col John Alexanders.

    1. I wonder if ‘in charge of’ was changed to ‘was aware of’ or ‘was involved with’ would change the answer. Note that in the military ‘in charge of’ is a very specific and defined step in the line of command.
