All versions of this edition of Dreamland start with a 90 second announcement by Whitley of his new book, Transformation 2026.
In this episod
e, guest host James Faulk interviews Matthew Roberts, a former Navy cryptologist who has turned his anomalous experience onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt during the Gimbal UFO event into a transformative initiation. Roberts discusses his experiences with UFO phenomena, including encounters with non-human entities and the development of his understanding of consciousness and spirituality. We then explore the potential connection between Roberts’ experiences and broader themes of human evolution, psychological development, and the need for a spiritual awakening in society.
We explore the now unfilled role of mystery schools and initiatory practices in stabilizing civilizations, as well as the possibility of a new spiritual paradigm emerging in response to current societal breakdown. Finally, we dissect the potential for government disclosure of UFO-related information, in light of Trump’s recent announcements on disclosure, as well as how any such transparency will impact public understanding of the UFO/NHI phenomenon.

This Dreamland is a must listen. In fact, I’ll listen to it again later today…it’s that good. It challenged some of my preconceptions, and at least made me consider some ideas that I would otherwise have just dismissed.
Roberts mentions his spiritual awakening, and how that’s important for all of us. With that awakening already happening to some of us (my words). That reminded of what one of the children at the Ariel School in Zimbabwe said over 30-years ago. The being(s) she spoke to told her that technology wasn’t the answer. There’s more context to that for sure, but it does seem to jibe with what Roberts is alluding to.
I was making so many notes of what was said, and my impressions and ideas about what was said that, I had to sit back and take a long breath. None of it was new, but it was all articulated well and with tremendous insight.
‘Religion’, to me, is a formal and dated term about where we should actually headed. Many fast-disappearing, indigenous people and their belief systems may be closer to it. The numinous, mystical experiences of many of us, the sense of awe about it all, and the curiosity to know and sense…more is the direction we should aim for, even as the old systems break down. I have long preferred the term ‘Great Spirit’ over ‘God’ to describe supreme life force, and I feel that there is such a thing as spiritual technology that may be utilized.
This was a profound and moving discussion…we all awaken in our own, sometimes unexpected way, often with assistance of the teacher/daemon within.
Excellent interview! Was a little surprised that Whitley wasn’t doing it but that’s okay. It was a little slow at times but we’re staying with. I really have my doubts about disclosure with so many private subcontractors having so much data that they won’t release like Bigelow Etc. This reminds me a little bit more of maybe the Epstein files and Project Blue Book that just a minimal amount will be released. Maybe not? I think so that there is a massive amount of very compartmentalized data within the US government that we will never see the light of day with that. Currently I’m reading New Insights: inside the US government covert UFO program by James Lacatski. He really delves into exactly just how many, many, many organizations there are inside the government. The rest is pretty interesting and I went on a similar path myself with different experiences and then different things I studied and was led to. I don’t think it’s that uncommon maybe they’re just a lot of people that don’t talk about it still.
Anna, I agree! Disclosure from my government means…nothing. Everything is so compartmentalized that no one entity is in charge of all of it. They each have their own piece of it, but not all of it, as do entities in in the private sector, who just want to make money off of the technology.
“spiritual technology”
Obelisks in ancient Egypt and others that set a tone?
An herb we use to have a shared entity experience?
Frequencies that we may dial into.
Leylines or places to journey to?
What was the lost spirit technology of soul ascension?
Jamesy…All that you mentioned are ‘tools’.of the technology. You cannot think of ‘technology’ in modern terms, like turning on a computer.
To give you some ideas about this spiritual tech, you might want to read “From Light Into Darkness: The Evolution of Religion in Ancient Egypt” by Stephen S. Mehler. It’s not a huge book. It may entice you to learn much more. Mehler wrote the book with lots of guidance from from one of the last wisdom keepers, the late Abd’El Hakim Awyan.

OH MY LORD IS THIS GOOD
Two dimensional electronic space, oh my lord NO, I’m so glad my job is not like that.
Thank you for a thought provoking interview. I’m listening only, so I’m guessing James and Matthew are much younger than me. It is refreshing beyond words to hear these views on the future of religion spoken by a younger generation. I liked the whole interview, but I felt inspired and hopeful by the conversation in the last 30 minutes.
