Prior to the retirement of General William “Neil” McCasland in 2013, Monica Jacinto Reza was one of the most important materials researchers at Rocketdyne, who had developed a material called Monalloy, which freed the United States from the need to use Russian-made rocket engines to move classified satellites into orbit. Listen as Whitley unpacks the ways in which her work as a Technical Fellow at Aerojet Rocketdyne would have been connected to the Air Force Research Lab at Wright-Patterson AFB, which was commanded until mid-2013 by General Neil McCasland, who disappeared on February 27.
The Air Force started funding Reza’s superalloy work in 1999, and McCasland’s budget directly funded the programs that depended on Reza’s alloy — including the AR1 engine, the Hydrocarbon Boost program, and Air Force propulsion. When Reza’s team in California shipped data to the government for qualification, it landed inside McCasland’s laboratory.
While law enforcement has not made any connection between the two cases, the question has to be asked: why have both of these people disappeared?

As of noon today CDT, the video feed for subscribers is showing “this video is private.” Hopefully this will be corrected. Thank you.
Yes, I experienced the same issue.

Very interesting but ufo.gov, uap.gov and et.gov are still available, so I’m thinking ‘alien’ and ‘aliens’ might have a more Earthly, prosaic explanation?!
There may be more connections and people…

Hopefully they will figure out this glitch soon.
I’m so glad Whitley is bringing this important story into the light, it feels like there’s a suspicious connection with this case & the missing person case of General McCasland. Prayers for both of them!
Whitley, I really enjoyed your ‘Transformation 2026’ book! In fact, I couldn’t put it down. So many amazing updates & insights. Thank you!
Thanks!
Yes at 4:29 pm CT the video is still not available
This is very disturbing.
Looking for some background, I ended up at the same website as Cosmic Librarian, but a different article:
https://thesentinelnetwork.substack.com/p/the-green-burial-she-was-declared
Apparently the alloy is called Mondaloy, not Monalloy as written in the intro– after its developers MONica Jacinto and DAllis Hardwick. Whitley referred to Dallis Hardwick as “him,” but she was a HER.
(Please note the proper pronunciation of Jacinto– J is pronounced like English H in Spanish.)
Yes…I read the article about Jacinto days ago. I subscribe to The Sentinel Network…besides UC, this is the only subscription I have. They are fairly new, a little shadowy, and I wouldn’t recommend the site to everyone, because they go very deep on science and research. Very.
As soon as I heard about McCasland, my BS meter went off. There is a confluence of things occurring now, and people need to be (carefully) paying attention. If you use the message board, I go into more detail. This is all…big. I could be a groundbreaking summer, I think.
I found you on the message board and saw posts related to McCasland, and chimed in, but I’m not sure if you may have written something else there that is “more detail”?
One of my patients today told me she had just been reading about McCasland, Reza and the other strange disappearances and deaths of scientists and related folk– just as I was opening my mouth to mention the same. I was going to ask her if she had heard about the missing woman who worked at LANL; I had reason to expect her to be interested in that case.
I hadn’t known about the other NM connections till I read the Sentinel article. This hits very, very close to home. I mean, I have talked with the Bernalillo County sheriff personally (not about McCasland!). I have been near the area where he seems to have disappeared.
Could you elaborate, either here or elsewhere, on what you mean by your BS meter going off when you heard that news? BS meaning his disappearance is a ruse, or that there is a coverup, or what?
Listening to this show several times while travelling home from Prague, it sank in how similar both Monica’s and Gen McCasland’s disappearances are.
I listen to/watch David Paulides’ Missing 411 YouTube channel and one can’t help but feel that certain types of people are being harvested by a hidden intelligence.
Throw into the mix the subject of Human mutilations (though rare) and we have quite a frightening scenario.
I will add that, like others, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if a Human/Gvmt entity is taking people ahead of some grand event or agenda being rolled out.
If asked, I’d say someone is harvesting DNA.
More like harvesting information.
Wonder if the outcomes will be akin to the NYE NJ incidents and the bodies have just not been located yet??
What happened in NJ? I don’t know about this one. Could you give us a summary of it?
Elene, he is referring to Whitley’s, ‘The Nye Incidents’
