This week on Dreamland, Whitley Strieber welcomes Matthew Brown, the former U.S. national-security professional who emerged publicly in connection with the Immaculate Constellation UAP report. Brown describes encountering classified material that, he says, revealed a far more extensive government awareness of UAP than the public has been told.
The conversation begins with the human cost of disclosure. Brown explains why he and fellow whistleblowers Dylan Borland and Jeff Musatelli created Vanguard Enterprise, a nonprofit intended to provide legal, career, medical and community support to national-security whistleblowers who come forward with UAP information. He describes whistleblowing not as a path to fame or profit, but as something that can end careers and bring serious personal consequences.
Then the discussion moves deep inside the mystery. Brown recalls seeing UAP intelligence while working in the weapons-of-mass-destruction arena and says anomalous objects around sensitive facilities were treated inside government as an observed pattern rather than an astonishing revelation. He also describes the Immaculate Constellation briefing as presenting what appeared to be a longstanding global intelligence effort focused on UAP—including a striking case involving a large black triangle above Russian naval vessels.
The interview grows even more provocative as Brown discusses evidence he believes points toward successful reverse engineering, possible communication between governments and non-human intelligence, and an alleged agreement dating to the Truman-Eisenhower era that permitted a mysterious “third party” access to selected human beings. Brown emphasizes that many details remain unknown, but says he has enough confidence in the existence of some form of limited agreement to discuss it publicly. And then comes one of the most unsettling questions of all: Is the human mind still sovereign? Brown discusses technologies he believes may be capable of influencing perception, dreams and thought, and offers his perspective on how greater inner awareness might help people recognize when something is altering their normal state of consciousness.
This is a wide-ranging Dreamland conversation about disclosure, secrecy, whistleblower risk, exotic technology, possible agreements with non-human intelligence—and what all of it may ultimately mean for human freedom.

Seeing him thank Whitley and acknowledge his work and bring him up on stage brought tears to my eyes. As a contactee, I’ve suffered some pretty horrible repercussions and Whitley’s work has helped me through it.
So I join Matthew Brown to also say
THANKYOU WHITLEY ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you! This was perhaps the most compelling interview I have ever heard. You are both brave heroes, imo.
A remarkable discussion that brings us closer to the revealing of the truth for humanity.
May we become a cosmic species? We can with the truth.
Trump had over a year before COVID hit in his first term– plenty of time for disclosure if he wanted to do it. I doubt he cares about it one way or another in the least. My concept is that it’s Marco Rubio who’s pushing disclosure now.
This was a brilliant, enlightening conversation that I really enjoyed.
About the black triangles: One of these followed us home on Christmas Eve from Wimberley to Cedar Park about 20 years ago. It was very aware of us, especially my younger son and I. There was more to it, including some kind of psychic connection. It wasn’t scary, but exciting.
When Matthew said he felt that there was something to the possibility of humans integrating AI into our biological makeup, I wondered if this would be considered a threat to the Visitors, something they have planned all along, or of no consequence to them.
Frankly, I think it’s our humanity, our diversity, intelligence and emotional makeup that attracts them.
