“What a Dark World has been Created around Our Beautiful Experience.”–Whitley Strieber

This week on Dreamland, Whitley Strieber and Lucinda Morel enter some of the most disturbing territory in the disclosure conversation: the death of Melissa Casias, the disappearance of General William McCasland, and the possibility that people close to hidden knowledge may be facing threats far darker than ridicule or professional ruin. Whitley opens with a chilling comparison to Sippenhaft—the coercive tactic of threatening families developed by the Gestapo—and asks whether modern variants of that pressure could be operating inside rogue, compartmentalized structures connected to secrecy.

Lucinda brings the Melissa Casias case into sharp focus, noting the strange details: phones reportedly wiped, personal belongings left behind, and the unsettling possibility that an administrative assistant may have known far more than anyone realized. From there, the conversation widens into the fear, paranoia, and isolation surrounding whistleblowers, witnesses, and experiencers.

But this is not only a dark show. It is also a call to action. Whitley and Lucinda discuss the urgent need for an experiencer movement created by experiencers themselves—not controlled by academics, officials, sponsors, or institutions seeking “power over” them. Their goal is sovereignty, dignity, mutual support, and a movement rooted in lived experience rather than exploitation.

  1. Excellent conversation! Great theories on the missing, and “found”, scientists. I think you are totally right, Whitley. Stay safe.

  2. Thanks to y’all for an interesting discussion. You both shed light on what I think most of us know, or at least suspected. This communion is about us, and our individually unique relationship with it. It’s taken me quite some time to reach that conclusion, but IMO, it is indeed the case.

It didn’t take long for governments and YouTube know-it-alls to get in front of the disclosure myth and attempt to control the message. Or the narrative, or the mythology, or the demonology, of whatever it is being called. It’s this recent slew of talking heads that have brought me back to where I was with all this decades ago: It’s the stories from the witnesses that are important. Everything else is just noise (ego, money, religion, etc.). Noise that needs to be bypassed.

One of those stories stood out for me in a big way. It was a report from a gentlemen who was taken aboard what he described as a ship. There were others on board, all men, in a large, bright space, and all were standing silently at attention. He was the only one who was alert and able to move about freely. He was approached by a tall Grey that explained to him that he was awake because he wasn’t in a state of fear or terror. Myriad details followed, but the most important thing I read was something the Grey said to the man, “Your governments lie to you, your banks lie to you.” That really hit home for me, and it made me realize that disclosure from an “official” source is just more manipulation, suppression, and lies. I can’t imagine anything they say having any relevance to my views on the subject. Especially seeing what I’ve seen.

Lastly, what constitutes an experiencer? Is it only the ones who have been abducted, or otherwise interacted with NIH? None of those have happened to me as far as I know, but I don’t consider my experiences less important. They may have only been sightings, but they damn sure changed my life.

  3. I responded about missing Melissa Casias to The Sentinal Network a few days ago:
“I was once an administrative assistant to a bank president. I had to know the pulse of the entire bank. Someone once told me, “Everyone knows your the one the keeps things going and is the gatekeeper.” So, yes, I can confirm she was not “just an administrative assistant.”

“I did not know her, but if you want to commit suicide, and are female, you don’t do it the way she did. You certainly don’t take the things that she took with her. She might know things that she wishes she didn’t know, however. She may have just wanted to get away and clear her head without opinions or interference from others.

One last thing: If you are female and alone, especially in the wilderness, you might as well wear a target on your back. You become someone’s ‘opportunity’. It shouldn’t be that way, but it is.”

Interestingly, I received a lot of likes from others, and I’m still getting them. All of the responses so far have been from other women.

I read yesterday that the Archbishop who said that aliens are “demons” was removed as the exorcist for the archdiocese of Washington, supposedly for undermining the (Catholic) church’s teachings:
    https://www.nytimes.com/2026/06/04/us/catholic-exorcist-demon-ufo.html
I’m not sure what to make of that or what it means…other than it is another sign of control in yet another hierarchy, regardless of beliefs, ‘demons’, what-have-you. According to the Archbishop, “They can do things we can’t do,” he added, referring in particular to moving at speeds beyond human capabilities.’ By his definition, cheetahs may be… ‘demonic’?

Earlier, I posted about ‘disclosure’ and the importance of it not being tied to a nation or those in power (https://unknowncountry.com/headline-news/rep-eric-burlison-pushes-for-release-of-uap-orb-videos-and-access-to-alleged-egg-shaped-craft/):
First and foremost is that disclosure should be treated as a matter that affects the entire world and humanity. Has it occurred to anyone in power that we cannot actively, truly engage with this phenomenon until we can start acting as a unified, empathetic world, without ‘secrets’ as a way to control the masses? Is that not why we have the secrecy about a lot to begin with? We really do not need disclosure to know what we know. We cannot allow ourselves to be dis-empowered by systems and hierarchies.

  4. I truly enjoyed this conversation. How excellent that you are in touch with Steve Neill and his wife Mary and the dear folks that are part of Breaking the Silence. Let Truth Prevail.

  5. Hi Everyone
    Re:

    Bring it on!!!!

I’m exhausted from years of “hiding my dirty little secret” of meeting a Grey and
at the same time seeking more knowledge that only leaves me understanding even less about them and why they chose to visit me.

They’re not “demons” that’s a church/ religious construct – they’re BEINGS as WE are, just so very different from us.
It’s too boring and easy to slap that title on them.

We Experiencers, whether we were abducted, visited, saw a craft , or are close to someone who “experienced the unexplainable” should be listened to, we should be free to be open about it, without judgement. There’s so much to learn everyone. A new perspective.
    Another reality.

    1. “They’re not “demons” that’s a church/ religious construct – they’re BEINGS as WE are, just so very different from us.
It’s too boring and easy to slap that title on them.”

I agree. The demon angle is so ridiculous, IMO.

    2. I agree- bring it on. We experiencers need to turn down the noise around us and dig in together. I recently watched a little documentary series on youtubetv that wasn’t bad- however they had a show on implants and concluded that because experiencers didn’t necessarily want to have them removed, then it was likely that aliens were using the implants to control their minds. Dangerous thinking…and dangerous for us. Let’s try to stop framing this in fear based, control situated, power hungry human terms, and try to rise higher- see past the weight of what humanity has become and enter the realm of what we can be.

    1. I was going to state the same thing – thank you.
The man in the apartment below was radiating extremely powerful despair and you, Whitley, were being hit by his thoughts and telepathically – empathically feeling what he was feeling. It was foreign to you because it was his, but it is not likely it was some black-ops technology.

      1. Yes, It is difficult for them.
Note: There is a NHI Presence
        trying very hard to enter
        the human 3-D reality/simulation/bubble
        without shattering us.

        If it was nefarious
        it would shatter us,
        not take such painstakingly
        slow measures to very gradually
make us aware of its presence.

For those who live evil lives,
        the NHI may indeed look
        very threatening:
        but for kind loving people
        it is angelic!

  6. I’ve been unfortunate to observe wokism to be prevalent in early c omments. Conscious comments?

Follow me, to another space. Get down. Off your high horse.. Get down.

America is being flooded with people filled with hate. The REAL reason people are being knocked off is….

    You go figure it out.

Oh, btw, infrared teloscopy and it’s associated disciplines may not be in favour right now. Get down. Get down….

    Useful events are useful.

  7. I second what Lucinda had to say about demons. I’ve only met one entity that could be (and was, by people who had genuine understanding of such matters) called a demon, but that was far more than enough. Indeed it had a parasitic strategy or way of being. And it was quite powerful and beyond my level of skill to deal with. If I had not had expert help, I don’t know what would have become of me.
    https://elenedom.wordpress.com/2010/03/17/39/

It doesn’t seem like the Visitors that are usually described resemble that awful being, even when they are doing unpleasant or harmful things. But to the best of my knowledge, the Visitors have not been among the array of entities I’ve encountered, so what do I know. Or maybe I didn’t recognize them.

There have been some identified as angels, and they were entirely positive and helpful. The few beings that have asked to merge with me, insisting they could “help me in my work,” were none other than deceased humans who were looking inappropriately for a way back into physical existence. One of those had killed himself, regretted it, and was refusing to move on to his next phase. But those can be dealt with just as one would deal with a living person.

Regarding killing oneself, it should be possible to determine whether that was what Melissa Casias did, even though her body had been out there for quite a while. One of my friends who works at Los Alamos lab (I have two of those) talked about what sounds like a “normal” murder investigation. That’s plausible. From what little I know, there is not much clarity about her death as yet.

Recently I had the opportunity to talk with Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen at an event, and I asked him if any new information had come up about Gen. McCasland. He said there was no news, but that his understanding was that McCasland had said that if he were going to disappear or commit suicide, his body would never be found. My sense, based on very little, is still that he disappeared on purpose and is probably alive. I hope so. And I wish for peace for the missing and dead people’s families.

  8. Great show as always Whitley. You are a powerfully good man. Here is a poem I wrote some years ago that follows your thoughts along well I think. Keep up your important work you touch so many.

    Prayer at Ground Zero

If I were to die today like them
how would I feel about my life?

If I were to get hit by a car
    or crash in a plane
or drop dead of a heart attack
how would I feel about the way I had lived?

If I didn’t kiss my children goodbye
    and never came home,
gave my husband a perfunctory nod
as he walked out the door and
never told him I love you?
Are these the things I would change in my life?
Would I regret that I never went to church
to pray to a god who
I thought was just or unjust,
a god who I thought could
    save me from myself
    from my own actions?

If I were to die today
would I feel that I had cared enough
about all the people who weren’t as lucky as me?
    Had I cared enough about
those who lost children or lovers
    or were old and unwanted?
    Had I worked till not
    one ounce of energy remained,
till I lay down at night exhausted because
I had given everything I had,
    and when I woke up
would I still have hope that I could do more?

That’s how I feel about dying
I don’t pray to god to forgive me
I don’t think I or my loved ones are special
Or that our lives are worth
any more than all the others of us who have died,
or that my beliefs are right and because of that
somehow my god will save me a place in heaven.
What I know is that this human race
is special because we are free to choose
    to hope and to love
to move forward and to never stop.

Even when the atoms and particles that are me
    reform in some unknown universe
    human or other,
I pray that they will still know that it is hope
    which keeps them carrying on
and that they will never give up
or forget what it means to love.

  9. Jeff Kripal would be a good leader of your experiencer movement. Jeff understands the shamanistic nature of the what happens. I am a writer who is an experiencer and my writing is shamanic in nature. I like the idea of Kripal because he explains the process extremely well. As with any movement you must establish a mission and goals. I have started many non profits and run one now that is critical to the small island nation where I spend winter. It’s very important to have structure and strategy so all the rules are understood immediately and the strategy is clear. It can’t become a religious movement but something that balances scientific with philosophy and spiritual. Clear rules and strategy. It always worked – I’ve founded many very successful non profits. Best of luck with your plans!

  10. It’s been a week and a bit but nobody bit so I’d like to throw an extra penny into the fire.

I danced around this last week and I’ll do the same tonight BUT.. deep space telescopy bears considerable connection to several of the missing scientists and administrators. Go figure.

Do I think it is important to maintain sleep if terror is coming? Maybe, I’m not sure. Is it the right thing to do? I am undecided.

Is it right to try to perceive clearly? Yes. I say yes but then I will happily swig sauvignon blanc on a Saturday evening, (having worked a 70 hour week I might add), don my Chieftan’s headress, avoid flame and then drift off into loose thought and, later, sleep, so, how much do I believe and follow my own advice? Well..

I am a European Anglo/Celt. We dream, we toil, we love and, yes, we cavort with the Goddess, though it isn’t looked at that way anymore, here, in Stepford..

Peace be to all and blessed be but, beware being woke, as it is, to say the least, problematic, if not completely fascist in nature.

Remember, fascists entrance the herd. They slowly reel you in with their gaze until you are trapped. This has gone on for thousands of years, nothing new. Go your own way. Snap out of it. Take a drink, dance, go out, go bowling, turn the TV off, listen to Dreamland and tell people about it. Just go your own way.

    Peace.
