The New York Times, which is one of the main newspapers that scoffs at UFOs, has printed an article quoting an energy lobbyist as saying that UFO technology can save us from global warming.
In the May 14th edition of the New York Times, Anne C. Mulkern quotes Stephen Bassett as saying that our government has in its possession “extraterrestrial vehicles. What is the energy system operating that craft?” Bassett asks. “They’re not burning kerosene. It eliminates oil. It eliminates coal. If it’s as good as we think it is, it transforms everything. The UFO phenomenon is real. The E.T. extraterrestrial presence is real.”
Bassett is giving up lobbying right now, however, because he calls the extraterrestrial issue “the third rail” of politics, and he doesn’t think he can get anywhere by bringing it up with congressmen or the president. Mulkern quotes him as saying, “Those who believe the truth is out there have been waiting for someone like President Obama to come clean about the government hiding information on extraterrestrials.” He feels that Obama would be “sensitive to the concerns of the military intelligence community” and he “has the intelligence to handle it.”
He and his colleagues have been sending the president faxes and emails, asking him to admit that the ET presence is real and to release relevant documents, as so many other countries have done. And he thinks this administration might be the one that finally does this, since Obama has friends, such as John Podesta, who are backing such a release.

The future is coming and the evidence is mounting and soon it will be impossible for even the biggest skeptics to refute it. We’re proud to say that we’re a big part of this. But will we still be here when the truth is finally told? Whitley and Anne have fended off so many attacks over the years, will they finally be vindicated?
