How Can This be Legal?

Syndicated columnist and author Arianna Huffington asks this question about the latest accounting scandals at major U.S. companies, which have caused investors to lose their life savings. The biggest problem is that most of the actions of the accountants and CEOs were perfectly legal?at least they could be interpreted that way, due to our convoluted tax and accounting systems.
