An unscripted moment at the the Disclosure Forum underscored an issue often overlooked in the push for government transparency: the voices of experiencers themselves.
One of the most memorable moments of the recent Disclosure Forum came after the formal presentations had concluded.
Matthew Brown, who accepted a donation from the Disclosure Foundation on behalf of UAP whistleblowers, surprised attendees by inviting Whitley Strieber to offer a few closing remarks. The invitation created a significant moment for many following the disclosure movement, as it is exceedingly rare for an experiencer to be given a voice at conferences that have increasingly focused on government programs, congressional oversight and military whistleblower testimony.
For decades, Strieber has argued that any serious effort to understand the unidentified aerial phenomenon must include the testimony of those who report direct encounters with the phenomenon itself. While recent public discussions have centered on classified programs, recovered materials and official investigations, experiencers have often remained on the margins of those conversations.
Brown’s invitation served as a quiet acknowledgment that the human dimension of the mystery may deserve a place alongside scientific inquiry and governmental transparency.
The Disclosure Forum brought together members of Congress, scientists, journalists, military veterans and whistleblowers to discuss what participants described as the next phase of UAP disclosure. The event emphasized continued efforts toward greater transparency while encouraging collaboration between policymakers and researchers.
For many viewers, Strieber’s brief appearance represented an important symbolic moment—one suggesting that future conversations about the phenomenon may become more inclusive of those whose personal experiences have long shaped public interest in the subject.

I’s about time…
Whitley, thank you. Truly wonderful you were asked to say a word. Agree; “about time”. Your life and work have been a gift to the whole “Cosmic” bunch of us.
Glad to hear!
