Marian apparition in Africa?

What, exactly, is happening in this video is hard to tell but it is clear that people were seeing the image of what appears to be a standing Virgin Mary in the middle of an anomalous mass of light. The light had appeared suddenly on the horizon, and seemed to have objects moving in it.
