My password has quit working. What do I do?
I know I’m entering my password correctly, but it still won’t work.
Do I need to resubscribe when my subscription runs out, and how do I cancel?

How can I keep my real name private when posting comments?
I did all that and I still have a problem.
My password has quit working. What do I do?
If you are unable to use the password recovery tool located under the Subscriber Login link, send a password recovery request to subscribers@unknowncountry.com
I know I’m entering my password correctly, but it still won’t work.
99% of people who have this problem are experiencing a bug in older versions of Internet Explorer. At some point you entered a wrong password and IE is continuing to use it even though you have re-entered it correctly. The way to solve this problem is to go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies. Then close IE and open it again. Input your password and username exactly as they appeared when you created your subscriber account. If you need assistance with your password, please write to us at subscribers@unknowncountry.com.
Do I need to resubscribe when my subscription runs out, and how do I cancel?
If you purchased an auto-renewing subscription, then your credit card will be rebilled automatically as long as you keep the expiration date current and the card has enough credit on it. If you purchased a non-renewing subscription, then you will need to resubscribe when your expiry-date is reached. If you have a non-renewing subscription, when you try to log in after it has expired, you will see an expired notice. You can then enter your account and update.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, there are two different ways to do it, depending on whether you subscribed with a credit card or through PayPal.
If you subscribed through PayPal, please enter your PayPal account and cancel your subscription there. You cannot cancel it on our site as PayPal does not offer this capability.
If you subscribed by credit card, you may cancel on your account page. You will find a cancellation link under “Subscriptions” after logging in to your account.
If you wish a refund, please email subscribers@unknowncountry.com. We will provide a refund of your last payment on request. If the payment is your second or later and was made less than 30 days prior to the request, it is eligible to be refunded in full. If the payment was made more than 30 days prior to the request, it will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Monthly accounts cancelled in the first month of service are not refundable. All other accounts cancelled in the first month of service will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, with $4.95 deducted for the first month.
How do I update my credit card’s expiration date?
Most credit cards update automatically, so you do not need to do this unless you receive a notice that your card has expired. Once logged-in to Unknowncountry.com, select the MY ACCOUNT link. This will display your account information. Click the ‘Edit’ tab, and then select the ‘Payment Information’ link. Here you can change your credit card details. If you have subscribed via PayPal, you will need to change any credit card information in your PayPal account.
How can I keep my real name private when posting comments?
If you don’t want your real name to appear on any comments you make, enter your user account and change the nickname to whatever you prefer. To do this, log in, enter your account and click on home. Scroll down and you will see your current nickname and below it a link to your profile page. You will find a box on that page where you can change your nickname. Be sure to update. If you cannot find your account or have any trouble, please email subscribers@unknowncountry.com and provide us with a nickname to use.
I did all that and I still have a problem.

Your account appears from our end to be operating normally. If you’re still having trouble, please email subscribers@unknowncountry.com and let them know the nature of the problem.
I have a similar problem, where I have tried to comment on certain topics, but get deflected to a site that “looks” different from your site. There’s also no way for me to comment on that “site”. I’m befuddled and frustrated. Please advise. Kind regards, Bob
Can you do a screen grab of what you see when you are deflected? Please send it to alharlow@strieber.com.
I have tried to subscribe on five different occasions and I have not been successful. I am in Canada and your system seems to think I’m lying to it. If this is a problem for others its no wonder subscriptions are down. Look into this and I would still like to subscribe.
Perhaps you have a VPN that is spoofing your computer to another country. We do not serve a number of countries because of spamming and hacking. We do serve Canada.
Hi, new subscriber here looking for an RSS feed link to make downloading podcasts more user friendly.
Thanks,
Matt
We will deploy this capability this month
Hello! Do you have the RSS feed implemented yet?
The subscriber version of Dreamland offers an RSS feed. You will find it on the upper right after you log in and click on the Dreamland tab.
Hello Whitley:
I followed-up with the WETICO program you had w/ Paul Levy in 2013. It was excellent. Thank you for directing we the subscribers to this podcast.
Question: How do I get access to the second hour of this most excellent interview?
Thanks,
plantwoman1@Netzero.com
Older shows are split into two parts. The second part is in Subscriber Specials: https://www.unknowncountry.com/subscriber-specials/finding-and-overcoming-evil-in-our-lives-and-our-world/
Whitley, how do I purchase a gift subscription or sign up for another person?
Thanks, Mariah
I still hear commercials as a paid subscriber after listening to archived Dreamland podcasts.
Older shows are divided into Dreamlands and Subscriber Specials, and the Dreamland portions had ads for both.
