Several worrisome laws that restrict our freedom have been passed recently and now Apple has patented technology which would allow governments and police to block transmission of information, including video and photographs, from any public gathering or venue they deem "sensitive," meaning that these powers will have control over what can and cannot be documented on wireless devices during any public event.

If you happened to look up, you would notice if a drone was tracking you, but what if it looked like an insect–for instance, a butterfly? Israel is creating spy drones that are shaped like butterflies and can flutter into a building in order to gather intelligence.
The RT website reports that these remotely controlled spy drones are equipped with a camera and a memory card. A soldier could simply "take it out of a pocket and send it behind the enemy’s line."

A camera system called "Trapwire," created by the CIA, is being installed in the US. Closed-circuit TV surveillance of this sort is common in the UK, where cameras were set up on city streets years ago to detect IRA bombings, and they have been efficient at catching terrorists as well.
