Who thinks they’re here and who doesn’t – 20% of people worldwide who responded to a recent poll say they think that aliens exist and that they live among us disguised as humans. Slightly more men than women believe this is true.

A Reuters poll of over20,000 adults in 22 countries reveals that more than 40% of people from India and China believe that aliens walk among us, although 80% of people polled do not agree with that premise. The respondents who are LEAST likely to think aliens are here reside in Belgium (despite the incredible military sightings of triangle-shaped craft there in 1989), Sweden and the Netherlands (only 8% in each case).

Brazil! – Brazil may join the long list of countries (NOT including the US) that have declassified their UFO files. Brazilian Air Force Brigadier Jose Carlos Pereira says, “It istime to end all secrets about UFOs in Brazil and everywhere.”

Brigadier Pereira has flown for the Brazilian Air Force for over 40 years. According to Brazilian UFO researcher A.J. Gevaerd, he was once considered the man who had the key to the safe the UFO secrets were kept in.

UFO cover ups have been going on for a long time. Newly-released government files reveal that Winston Churchill, who was Prime Minister of the UK during World War II, received weekly briefings about UFOs from government intelligence experts. He ordered that one UFO sighting be kept secret so as to prevent “mass panic.”

BBC News reports that in 1957, the intelligence committee in charge of UFOs received an average of one sighting a week. According to the recently-released files, there were more than 600 reports in 1996, compared with an average of 240 in the previous 5 years.

Nick Pope, who used to investigate UFO sightings for the Ministry of Defense, says, “The interesting thing is that most of the UFO files from that period have been destroyed.”

According to the Chinese “People’s Daily,” the Chinese have discovered the identity of the UFO that closed down the airport recently.

But they WON’T TELL US, saying only (through an anonymous government source) that “It was not the proper time to publicly disclose the information because there was a military connection.” The official said an official explanation is expected to be given on Friday.
