It appears that we might be on the point of disclosure of the fact that elements of the US government, and possibly others and perhaps also private entities, are in possession of debris, including possibly intact craft that we could not fabricate, and biological remains that appear to be from another evolutionary expression. If, as may be the case, the brains of these defunct creatures are quadrispheric rather than hemispheric, then, as earthly life only expresses hemispheric brains, they must be from another evolutionary process entirely.

In other words, they would not be of this world at all. Exactly where they are from and how they arrived here probably won’t be part of such a disclosure because the answers may still be unclear.

Every administration from Truman through Biden has declined to release any such information. Recently, Barack Obama offered the opinion that nonhuman intelligence was real, but then said that he knew nothing about it. Donald Trump soon followed this pronouncement with a complaint that Obama had revealed classified information, and by so doing suggested that his statement was not simply an opinion, but a statement of concealed fact.

 While Obama claimed that he had no detailed knowledge, it is also true that his Chief of Staff, John Podesta, stated in a post on Twitter (now X) in February of 2015 that his greatest regret was that Obama had not released the UFO files. Therefore, while he perhaps had not read them, Obama certainly knew that they existed.

Since then, there has been a significant increase in publicly available information, starting with the release of the Tic-Tac video in 2017. Congressional pressure to reveal more information has been steadily increasing now for years, as has public interest and with it a very complex public reaction that reflects rising ontological shock, especially among academics and scientists.

Trump has ordered the Defense Department to reveal to the public what it knows about UFOs and aliens. In the past, this would always have led, at most, to the release of a few heavily redacted documents and a statement along the lines of “we don’t have anything else.”

This time, it may be different, and there is a very specific reason for this. First, I am reasonably sure that NHI (non-human intelligence) controls the whole process, and does so in detail, and has since it first became apparent, in the late 1940s, that there was a mysterious presence here on Earth.

I have a great deal of experience with NHI. Possibly, for my entire life, but certainly since 1985 when I found myself their captive for a period of time, which was the subject of my book Communion.

              In 1989, an object was inserted as a subcutaneous inclusion beneath the skin of the pina (upper part) of my left ear. This happened on a May night at about 11PM, in a cabin that I then possessed in upstate New York. I was awake when the event took place but was not able to resist because it happened too fast. I did glimpse two people (not aliens) rushing toward my bed prior to feeling a sensation of pressure on my left ear. A day later, I discovered a lump in the pina. There was no entry point.

              In the 1990s, an attempt was made to remove it. This was done as an in-office procedure and was videotaped. That video is proof positive of two things: the object is real and it is anomalous. The reason is that, when the doctor opens an incision above it, he and my wife describe it as a “white disk” and it then performs an impossible maneuver by moving down into my earlobe in order to avoid removal. The doctor then closes the incision.

              This anomalous reality cannot be denied. It is present on video and has been shown in many venues. The implant, since then, has kept me in contact with whatever is involved in the overarching experience, which I believe includes both human and non-human components.

              I say all of this in order to validate my agency in this discussion. I do have an anomalous object in my body, and, from experience, I can argue that it is a very sophisticated communications device.

              While I don’t know specifically of anybody else who has such a device in their body, I can easily see how such devices could be used as communications tools, as mine is. Therefore, I think it is possible that, whether they know it or not, people making decisions about such things as disclosure may be reacting to influences from NHI. Whether they are conscious of this or not, I do not know.

              This is why I think it reasonable to speculate that NHI may be deeply involved, and probably in full control, of whether or not its presence here is to be disclosed by some official entity or scientific group, or anybody who possesses public authority.

              In this case, it is the United States government, specifically the president and the Department of Defense. Superficially, one would think that such disclosure would have been made years ago. Jimmy Carter went into office saying that he would do it, then, after he failed to do this and had left office, refused even to discuss the matter with UFO investigator Stanton Friedman. Bill Clinton made serious inquiries but appears to have been rebuffed. Barack Obama apparently refused a request by John Podesta. According to physicist Hal Puthoff, there was a meeting of representatives of the defense industry and others in October of 2018 where it was decided that George W. Bush should not make such an announcement at the end of his term.

              So why might things have changed?

              Our visitors have been extremely secretive, always. There are two certain reasons for this an a possible third, more speculative one. First, they must be concerned with cultural colonization. This is what happens when a technologically superior culture contacts a less advanced one and the less advanced civilization then redirects all its innovative energy toward the more advanced one, abandoning its own search as pointless.

              When advanced European societies spread around the world with the advent of long-distance sailing ships, this happened to culture after culture, and it continued into the twentieth century when the appearance of advanced cultures in long-isolated areas of the South Pacific led to the indigenous cultures abandoning their own traditions.

              Our visitors have done two things to mitigate cultural colonization. First, they have kept their distance, probably compelling government to secrecy, or influencing it in such a way that it has no choice but to do so. An example of this latter method would be the abductions. There is no way that government would ever admit that such a thing was happening. If so, then they have to also admit that they cannot perform their function of protecting the public. They would obviously choose to conceal them if there were not so many that they could not be concealed.

              Second, they have provided materials and information to concerned parties such as the Defense Department and its supporting industries, that have enabled them to advance closer technologically, so there will be minimal cultural colonization when they do appear.

              If that happens tomorrow, our broader scientific community will no longer be blindsided, as it would have been even a few years ago. Instead, the relevant authorities will be able to provide it with a store of knowledge that can be developed without any direct appeal to NHI. Thus, cultural colonization will, to a significant extent, be avoided.

              While using the abductions and other forms of close encounter as a way of enforcing official secrecy, they have at the same time created a community of people who have encountered them, in some cases very profoundly, whose lives and testimony will serve as reassurance that we can survive the shock of contact. Many of these people are in high-functioning academic and scientific professions, and will come forward when they no longer face social opprobrium and career destruction, and will offer an efficient cushion to ontological shock, which will be at its most damaging in our intellectual communities.

              An astronaut once said to me, “I hope what you are saying isn’t true, because I don’t want the way to Mars to be a well-worn path.”

              This is not only about adventuring into outer space, but rather about a much larger adventure, which is exploring the mystery of one another, and what that may mean, and where contact may take both sides.

              I think it is possible that Donald Trum may indeed turn out to be the “disclosure president.” All previous presidents have had so much authority that they had to be believed. If Harry Truman or Dwight Eisenhower or Barack Obama or George W. Bush had stood in the bully pulpit of the presidency and announced that there was a non-human intelligence here, they would have to have been believed. They had the authority of the office.

              Donald Trump has the bully pulpit, but his authority is much less secure than that of any other president in the past century. This is both because his program is so revolutionary and disruptive, and because he is simply not believed or thought to be reliable by the very intellectual class that NHI are most concerned will become incapacitated by ontological shock. Because he is the president, they and everyone else will hear what he says. But, uniquely, there will be no overwhelming compulsion to believe him. Thus, the most sensitive communities will have the opportunity to explore without being forced to believe.

              These are the reasons that I believe that NHI, after enforcing absolute secrecy for all these years, may now be ready to open the door, thus drawing both sides into a remarkable new kind of relationship, which is contact between two different intelligences with profoundly different ways of understanding the world and its meaning.

              It would be a renaissance indeed, and not only for us, but for them as well
