BeyondNuclear’s take on the Japan reactor warns of the consequences of a meltdown.

This is provocative stuff. If the reactor core does melt down, it’s going to be an extraordinary disaster, especially in a crowded country like Japan. There is also a story on this site to the effect that Japan has been ignoring the danger of seismic events to their nuclear facilities.
